Online Textbook Ordering Information

On this website we try to provide the most accurate information available regarding course materials. This information is subject to change at any time. We are not responsible for information used from this site for purchase of textbooks from outside vendors. 

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:

• CHARGING TO A STUDENT ACCOUNT:
  - Students are responsible for all LSC Store charges that are not covered by your funding source. In the case that your financial aid or other funding source does not cover your LSC Store purchase you will receive an invoice from Lake Superior College.
• SHIPPING:
  - Items usually take 5-7 business days for arrival, out of state shipping can take longer. (Please allow 72 business hours for items to be shipped.)
  - Effective January 1st 2021 all orders will have a flat rate shipping fee of $20 for basic shipping, $24 for shipping with insurance. 
  - Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  - We do NOT ship to PO Boxes.
  - YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR SHIPPING INFORMATION. WE DO NOT REFUND YOUR ORDER IF YOU GAVE US INCORRECT INFORMATION.
  - We strongly recommend you choose "GROUND WITH INSURANCE" for the shipping method if your order is over $100.00.  If your package is lost or stolen during the delivery process, you cannot make a claim without having insurance.

• PRICING: 
  - Pricing is subject to change without notice. All totals are calculated as an estimate, your final charge may vary. 

• REFUNDS:
  - New or used books purchased from the LSC Store may be returned for a refund with the original sales receipt within five days of the semester start or within five days from the date of purchase if you purchased after the semester start. Textbooks/materials must be in original condition. No returns on access codes that have been opened or scratched. All computer, software & electronic sales are final.
